Family 5k Fun Run and Sweet Tea Jubilee

The Town of Springdale, in partnership with Blueprint Events, is proud to present the 1st annual Sweet Tea Jubilee and Family 5k (or less) Fun Run to be held on June 14 and 15, 2013. The purpose of this event is to bring together the community through a fun, memorable experience that will last a lifetime. The festival will include a concert on Friday, June 14 with regional talent followed by the Family 5k (or less) Fun Run on Saturday, June 15 and the Sweet Tea Jubilee. Included in the festival will be an antique car show, "Little Miss Sweet Tea Jubilee" pageant, sweet tea tasting competition, arts vendors and food vendors. There will be something the whole family can enjoy. Proceeds from the event will benefit this year’s selected charity, The Dickerson Center, a non-profit organization that provides services to help victims of child abuse.
